I work collaboratively with individuals and families towards a better understanding of themselves and their relationships, to improve communication and mental well-being. Through therapy, I can help you discover the balance of underlying issues that are causing problems in life, relationships, and/or work and help you to express yourself in ways that will change you. Because we all have different characteristics and talents, I believe we can all establish goals for ourselves and achieve them. We try to liberate ourselves from what holds us back and prevents us from reaching our goals in life via therapy.
