For over 20 years, I have helped guide individuals and families to become their best selves. I specialize in assisting you through issues related to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, stress-related issues, and relationship problems. I work with a belief that counseling is an investment in oneself as we work to connect the mind, body, and spirit. It is about looking for what is right in a person and working towards improving one’s well-being.

My Philosophy
People can be severely affected by life events, which can shake up their sense of well-being. My goal is to help people restore their sense of stability and enhance their well-being. My first objective is to build a rapport and connection with you. I value that each life is unique and each story important. I work with you to help you develop your strengths and learn to manage difficulties. As you work through the counseling you will find that you feel more empowered. I have a passion to want to help people and I know that one size does not fit all so I have been trained in a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness skills such as those used by DBT and ACT, as well as EMDR.
